I just updated my Theme and the reviews "broke". Their support was very fast and responsive! I was back up and running in a matter of hours!

I was hoping Stamped Support would be better by now. I've had them for 4 years.
I'm on the business plan paying over $200 a month, and it STILL takes days to get simple issues fixed.
There is NO live chat, they claim to have 24/7 support, but if you reach out on a Friday, good luck getting anything until Monday.
Notice all their 5 star reviews are new customers. They do this on purpose, deliberately asking for a review after completing a support ticket, so you feel like they are amazing!
Their app will be the slowest app on your store.
You will encounter bugs especially when updating your theme.
Customization is not great, even after Shopify Online Store 2.0.
I will be moving over to something simpler, faster, and nicer looking soon. I know they won't care because unlike 4 years ago, they are way too big to care anymore.

I first used the free version of the app and then upgraded to the basic version. I'm very happy with the results we are getting from it. Our review rates have increased dramatically and I could not be happier with the app support. I ran into a couple of issues (my fault most likely) and Tommy has always responded almost instantly and fixed them all. I'd highly recommend the app to Shopify store owners.
Love this app and the customer service that goes along with it. Its easy to set up with great customization options and a fantastic price compared to other competitors. The only thing I really wish it had was the ability to auto create dynamic coupon codes, but that's not really a
complaint just a want
Total step change from the default Shopify reviews app. Don’t know how they do it, but it works really really well. Highly recommend.
I've just started transitioning to Stamped.io for reviews. While there is no easy integration with my current platform, support has been very prompt and helpful with answering my questions and offering assistance. I'm not ready to give a full 5 Stars yet as the app hasn't been live on my site long enough to judge, but so far so good and I'll update this review when I've had time to use all the functionality properly.
I had some issues at first, but once I was in touch with stamped.io, they were exceedingly helpful and walked me through the process to get my reviews displayed. It was a great customer service experience and I am pleased with how the app is working!
The app is amazing. The only issue I have is that sometimes the app freezes and elements won't load so I have to refresh the page somewhat frequently. Amazing product outside of that!

We implemented this app about a month ago and have seen a big increase in reviews and 5 star ratings! It's also given us an opportunity to connect directly with our less happy customers which has been so helpful in making sure we have satisfied customers. Really great app. I am only using the free plan at the moment as my shop is not generating sufficient income to justify upgrading, but as it is it meets my needs almost 100%. The only thing I would wish for in the free plan is the ability to have something dispalyed on my home page and featured items, rather than just being in the product pages. Still, very good app and I recommend it.
