so far its been working great! fast and helpful response when support is needed. Still need time to explore more and experiences it but liking it so far even in the free version.
The application has been a pleasant surprise, since it allows you to request reviews in a very simple but powerful way at the same time. In addition, the support team has always supported me with the doubts I have, and they have even given me tips to better maximize the potential of the application. I am very grateful that there is such a solid platform that allows to manage the reviews for the benefit of all.
Extremely pleased with this app and the level of support I received from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this app to any and everyone.

BEST app I've ever used! Some confusion getting started, but was on my part. The core Shopify App Product Reviews contains a lot of the functionality needed (and it has worked flawlessly as well, so far). This Review Addon gives you phenomenal control from there. Automatically sends review requests to all customers (you have total control over timing, content, etc.) You can also import old purchases and even organic reviews into this app seamlessly so that the reviews are properly tagged as "verified buyer". BEST PART? Customer service! Very attentive, very supportive, very patient if you don't know what you're doing initially (as I was). YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS COMBINATION if you want product reviews!
This app has the most comprehensive set of features I have seen and the Support is great. They respond very quickly and solve your problem.
