I love this so far. I was using another app for a few years and this one presents so much better. However, I installed this due the option to integrate Etsy reviews as well, but that feature seems to be unavailable. I can't seem to find information as to if that is a plan specific feature or not.

The app is very easy to use from a shop admin point of view and also for our customers. We recommend this app for easy management of your reviews.

Improvements that would make it more user-friendly for the shop admin:
1. Being able to add hyperlinks to refer customers to a specific URL.
2. If the app could create review links for individual products. It has a feature where one can do that, but if you have many products and variants it is a nightmare to do this manually.

It is a great app! I was able to integrate it with other apps like gempages. It's user friendly and customer service is quick to respond.

I just started managing the company's Stamped.io account actually and have some both positive and more constructive feedback. I love that the program has automated features to it, like sorting the flagged reviews versus the auto-published ones. The exclude certain terms tool is also super useful especially in our industry. Now, some feedback I have that may potentially help improve the platform is that the review request email templates should be easier to edit. In order to edit it, there are many broken-up sections so it is not super efficient to see the whole picture in one place. Also, it would be cool if there were more manual capabilities with sorting through the incoming, unpublished reviews. The customer support has been pretty good overall as well, although I do support the idea that English-speaking representatives help English-speaking customers for higher efficiency.

As a small startup, we have been using the unpaid plan for a couple of months and so far, it does almost everything we need it do. The customer support is excellent... if we have had any questions, their team has been very responsive and willing to assist.

This is a very good app for collecting and show casing your customer reviews. I like how automated it is. I would recommend this app to any business.

Very early days, as we have only just installed this app, but promising results already with reviews starting to come in. We wanted the reviews to be easy to find for our customers and the team at Stamped.io jumped right on our request and sorted out the necessary code for us, adding the reviews right next to our product price listing!
