Great app, works as advertised. But, they really should advertise their OUTSTANDING customer service more. We had a bit of a tough time getting it configured as we wanted, Rachelle from their customer service was exceptional. A great customer service team doesn't only fix your problem, they also give suggestions on how to improve the on site experience, etc. That's what Rachelle did. Give this girl a raise, fantastic customer service experience. Highly recommended.
Takes product reviews to the next level and definitely boosts sales! Rachelle provided amazing support with super-fast and comprehensive responses.
Love this app. Immediately began generating great reviews day one after installing. The interface is super user friendly and the the support responds really quickly. They answered all my questions and helped me with some issues I had with my set-up. I wish other apps I have been using worked so well. I highly recommend the Stamped.io team and app.

So far so good! Stamped.io has been easy to implement and any questions I've had have been answered by the app developer quickly, including having them adding code to my store. My store sells fretwork panels that allow people to customise their flat-pack furniture, so the ability to collect photos reviews is incredibly powerful. decent app, easy to use, very responsive customer service which is a huge plus. would prefer if more installation can be done by user and not rely on customer service but still 5 stars frm us
