This app delivers as promised. Collecting reviews is cheaper and easier! It would be nice if we could send out custom NPS requests, though
Phenominal product and even better support. The team helped me to set it up and customize it for our store. The went up and beyond and communicated in a professional and very timely manner. Keep up the good work guys.
The customer service on this app is incredible. Any question I had was handled so quickly (even on the weekend) and every time they went above and beyond, even fixing an issue that was not related to the app. The app makes getting reviews so much more streamlined and easy.
I have installed and used this app on 2 stores so far. The Stamped tech support is excellent and the app integrates easily with most of our other apps. Highly recommend!
Decided to launch our site with Stamped handling our reviews. Really easy integration, previous review importing, and great and relatively quick support when we had a troubleshooting issue. Looks to grow well in terms of feature set as your business grows. Really impressed.
We found out the widget has not been allowing customers to submit reviews over the last few weeks. We have reached out a couple of time and have not heard back. I would not recommend.

This app has a lot of features and customization options! And the customer support team is great, they were very prompt to help us with the questions and requests that we had.
FIVE STARS I am thrilled that I made the switch to Stamped.io from Yotpo. I made the switch less than a month ago and already have 4 times the reviews, wonderful reviews too! Their customer service is amazing, super helpful with questions I've had. I could not be happier that I made the switch!!! Thank you for a great app and wonderful service!

The guys at stamped.io are fantastic, they imported the .csv file for me and everything is working perfectly! Very happy with how the app works
Inactive support, Apps don't work as advertised, support doesn't acknowledge problem and thus doesn't solve, however they advise to you switch to a plan with higher monthly fee if we want to use bug free APP, fyi, we already already on a paid plan !!
