The app could be a lot easier to use, the onboarding could be more seamless with default best practices, and the design could be made more modern, but the functionality and the customer service is top notch. Big improvement over the default Shopify reviews and I highly recommend it.
Super useful app and has phenomenal customer support. They took the time to meet with our customer support team and answer any questions we had. We had an issue with the main widget not displaying correctly and their team was able to promptly help us with this.

The layout and format features were good, though somewhat limited. Customer service was very good and responsive when I was having an issue syncing with Shopify.

Way easier to set-up and more customisable than Yotpo. It's a one stop shop in my opinion, would recommend!
We needed a solution that we could easily set up and then not have to worry about it. This was the best solution. We were referred to this app by a "Shopify Pro" developer. I love how I can customize and schedule all emails. Easy and worth every penny.
I added this app so that my shoppers could leave reviews of their experience and product purchases. Stamped.oi has worked great for that, the format is nice and clean, shoppers are verified as actual customers, and the customer service is great. I recommend this app if you want to be able to add reviews to your site.

We have used a free version of the App before so we know it works well but have now upgraded to one of their paid for plans. The code is easy to install and the App is fairly intuitive to set-up. Where we did have queries they were answered promptly by the support team and they even installed some code for us and tweaked some functionality. I have to say the support has been first class unlike some Apps or Themes I could mention! 100% recommended.

I've been having issues across all stores
First, when I downloaded and PAID for a plan the app glitched and then would not let me use the features I just paid for?! You would think after downloading the app and then paying for a plan without a trial you can use it and its features right away??
Second, the app has major bugs and technical issues and would not appear properly on the store. When I contacted support for all these issues it took going back and forth with them for 2 WEEKS which is very counterproductive while trying to run a business.
2 weeks later they seemed to have fixed the issues but it was already too late.
Please save yourself the headache and get another app.
