Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Good functionality, was easy to install. Great and fast customer service. I would really love if you guys can sync reviews from other channels like Etsy, not manually upload them all the time.
Anyway the app is good, I'm recommend.

This app is impressive. I had actually installed Yotpo before Stamped.io and they required me to manually enter product IDs and URLs to import reviews from Etsy. With 600 products, I wasn't going to do that. I reached out to Stamped.io and they ensured me the import process was simple and it was! All of the reviews from Etsy synced to the products in my shopify without a problem. I did have some trouble with setting up the DNS records so emails could send from my domain email, but again Stamped.io was so helpful in guiding me on how to enter the CNAME records. Highly recommend.

Prior to utilizing this app I had 5 product reviews over 8+ months, within a day of installing Stamped.io I had 8 new reviews! Tech support has gone above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Incredible. From the very beginning I have received the best customer service and the product has worked wonders for us! It's only been installed for a little over 24hrs and we have already gotten 3 reviews. Normally we were getting 3 reviews a month so getting that many in less than two days has been amazing. It just goes to show how effective the stamped.io app is.

Also, a side note: I interviewed both Stamped.io and Yotpo when doing research for a review app and the customer service from Yotpo was terrible. Not even average just plain bad. They didn't care about me or my questions. I asked for a live demo three times and they never gave me one. They just kept telling me to download the app and try it and then ask questions which is exactly what I didn't want to do. The experience with stamped.io was the complete opposite. Super fast and very friendly customer service, a full live demo showing me how to use all the features of the app, installation was extremely easy and fast and all around just a wonderful stress-free experience. I'm so happy we are working with Stamped.io!

We have only been using this app for a few days but so far they have been very responsive to assisting getting the app set up. I have had product review up on our site for about 3 weeks. and only received one review. After downloading my customer file into this app last night and blasting out review requests this morning, I have already received 4 reviews. So it definitely works
