Great app! A must have for stores looking to get more reviews on their products. Reviews add credibility, and this app gets you reviews!
I sell vintage which is why I chose to install the Stamped.io Reviews app on my site rather than the more basic Product Reviews app. I wanted the ability to display my customer reviews as a group (as opposed to on a product page) because my items are all one-of-a-kind . The user documentation provided is good so I was able to get 90% of the way through by myself before I encountered an issue re: the photos uploading that required me to contact the support team directly. I am pleased to report they resolved everything very quickly, on a weekend no less! The functionality provided by the app is excellent and the support is even better. Color me a happy Stamped.io client.

What I enjoyed:
1. The support: the support is simply phenomenal. They do a great job helping you with your request. I was really satisfied with the level of care I received. I think customer support is super important because when adding a new app there are often times a learning curve. The supporting staff makes that learning curve easier to climb.
2. The instagram curation and check-out micro-reviews are huge for our store because right away we were able to gather user generated contents since we have a crowd on Instagram.
What I did not enjoy:
It's not necessarily what I did not enjoy, but rather what could be improved.
1. It will be helpful to have a video conference / training session from the support team. It will speed up the onboard process since sometimes issues are just easier to express over video or screen share.
2. I think the layout builder could be a little better or have more feature. For instance, the reward reply email didn't have the option to add in the company address. I contacted the support team to put it in. To me it's important because every email should comply with CAN-SPAM Law.
3. Having a UI where user can input their own pre-header would be nice since those things can improve open rate.
Again, these are features that are nice to have since they are available in Klaviyo (we use Klaviyo as our ESP), but from development point maybe it's difficult? Overall it's still an easy5 stars because I respect companies that devote their time in their customer support. Lots of softwares and tools now can do the same thing, but when it comes down to it, who can provide the best support is the difference maker to me.

Takes very long time to load. Feature not many. Hard to get a review from customers. Not recommended.

Stamped's dashboard is being continuously optimized by our engineering team, and has been tested to work well across all major browsers.
Also there is a suite of revenue-generating features comparable with our competitors out in the market, some of which will require a paid plan. Our review request email is also optimized to provide the best possible conversion rate for our users, by making sure that the in-email form works in most email clients, which is the main feature that boosts conversion rate, compared to the traditional review link that most other app uses.

I suddenly found a Stamped.io branding banner in all my website pages and in the footer as well, then found out they changed plans and added this in the free plan without prior consent. very unprofessional. I am reporting this to Shopify

This company is superb, i wasted 3 months with yotpo and ristrict myself to lot of limitations without any reason, then shopify expert recommand this app to me and i m glad that i migrated. It solved all my issues and i m more then happy !!
Support is so fast that sometime it feels like they reply almost same second as you shoot them email.
