Unfortunately I had to update my review ... Please be aware! The page speed will suffer a lot from installing this App! I deinstalled it and the page speed did not even improve! It is really not that easy to set everything up and when you ask for help you'll need multiple days to come to a conclusion because no chat function is available! Honestly I prefer running my store without reviews than to use this "feature". I see no benefit in using this ...
Some of the best customer service I have received, I contacted support and received quick and efficient feedback. I'm still playing around with the app but so far I'm really impressed and the customer service is top notch 10 points to Alyssa and Tommy
Was exactly what I was looking for! Their free plan still allows you to customize the emails and the what your reviews look like AND their customer support team is incredibly quick with responses to tickets!
Good customer service. Quick and prompt response. It was not easy to set up at the beginning though, but once it set, the app run smoothly which is what we want.
