Solid reviews app with lots of options and customizations.
Ive been using this app for numerous of years and never had a problem nor glitch. I was a free customer initially and now paid.
When support is required they are prompt to reply and swift in finding solution and or help in fixing themselves.

This app is great, very user friendly, so many options, beautiful design and last but not least it has a great support. In my case Samantha and Vi did a great job helping me with my issues. All my queries were solved promptly and with ease. The app has a great free plan, with lots of options and there are endless options with the paid plans all depending on your needs. I recommend this app. It's really worth it.

They probably offer the best support compared to every other shopify app. There is no going back and forth. If something is wrong they just go ahead and fix it along with a detailed report of what was changed.

It was a little hard to figure out the format for importing existing reviews, but the team was extremely nice and helpful, and now it feels easy to use. The reviews also look very nice on my store. Thank you.

Great app for reviews and helpful customer service. Sometimes the load time for the reviews is slow so hopefully they can improve that going forward.
