I love how customizable this app is. I needed help getting the widget installed on my site and Ivan was super helpful. Very happy with my experience so far.
Worked pretty seamlessly so far - ran into a few hiccups but nothing that the customer service team (Elvis) couldn't help me out with straight away. Would definitely recommend.
This app is simply phenomenal. We used the free version for a few weeks and loved it so much that we upgraded to a paid plan so we could utilize photo reviews. We now have a dedicated page on our website called Reviews which really helps to build social proofing and drive more trust/sales. Support from the team is always first class! I am blown away by the how quickly help is provided - they even go above and beyond by fixing things before replying back. We are now considering using the Rewards & Coupons add on as this also looks awesome.
Excellent and fast support - app is flexible, easy to customize, and does what I want. When I switched themes, Support took good care of me and installed all my review widgets again.
I love Stamped.io! I was on Reviews.io but Stamped.io is MUCH better. I am also incredibly impressed with their amazing customer service. They immediately respond to my inquiries and always problem solve!
Tommy is my FAVORITE and so accommodating/easy to work with and have offered lots of customizations for us that make using the app easy.

Easy to use and great email support! Had a few issues with the widget not showing my reviews, and the support team fixed it the next day. Would definitely recommend :)
Great app and excellent customer service. We have a complex set up of multiple Shopify stores all using Stamped. The support team always super helpful and very quick to respond.
We use Stamped.IO for our product reviews, and they have been nothing but helpful to us from the start. Always prompt on responses and willing to help, they are truly the best.
