We just downloaded this app this week and are so impressed with it so far. It was very easy to customize the follow up review request email as well as the website widget. When trying to make some more complicated adjustments in the code, the support team was very fast to respond with great solutions and even went in themselves to fix a part of the code for me. Very happy we found this app and look forward to continuing to use it to grow our brand.
Love the app and customer service is also great. I asked them if they could add the reviews to the collections page and they said yes and updated it right away.
Our ability to get crafty, funny, and thoughtful reviews is key to our customer experience. The interactive the reviews process becomes the better.
It was awesome dealing with the customer service of Stamped. I was helped so quickly and eloquently, I was amazed. This is an awesome team with an awesome platform.

We have been using this app for several years and have loved it! We recently tried to get our star ratings on google, but have had issues with that. Stamped support has been very helpful and though we haven't been successful with google yet we really are happy with stamped!
