Great product, great support! They helped make some adjustments for me as needed and were responsive by email.
We've been using this app since 2018 and haven't had any issues. They are readily available and responsive if you have any questions or need technical support, although for us, it's been running smoothly. Overall very happy with it!
Very helpful app! Great service as well. One they have access they literally do the work for you if needed and know exactly where to put things best.
I use this app for my shop reviews and it works beautifully. Customer service is also top-notch! Highly recommend.
If I could choose 10 stars for customer service (above & beyond) I would.
I KNOW I drove this guy crazy with an issue I had post installation- but I got patience and a solution to my problem.
We wanted our product reviews to be displayed on one single page with the page, "Customer Reviews", to be included in our main navigation menu. Easy enough but the reviews wouldn't display on the specified page.
This is the first Shopify app company I have dealt with that, I believe, saw my problem as their own. They emailed back in a timely manner and went above & beyond for me. If this is the customer service I get for a free app, I'm wondering what they do for something that's paid!

This website has been so good to me. I wish it had more templates for us to choose from but its overall a great investment. I would be lost without Shopify! They also gave me a free POS system! Downloaded this app to manage our reviews. We needed some customisation and the support had been so helpful and responded to our queries immediately.
Great app! All of these features should have been included in the default Product Reviews app. Must have app together with product reviews app and persistent cart. Also a lot more cost effective than Yotpo. $5 vs $30/month is a no-brainer
Great extension for the review app by Shopify just what it needed thank you.
