Excellent app, and a helpful support team to get it up and running to its full potential. I have been using it for just over a year and have only just run into some problems when migrating to a different theme, but it was a simple fix by the team who had everything sorted within an hour. By far the best customer service i have experienced of any app in the 5 years i have been using shopify. also the app itself is dam good, accomplishes everything you would need from a product review system, having tried a few others in the past, i feel no need to look for another system.

Social proof builds trust and I chose this app for the features and ease of use. It took me a while to upgrade (as I built up my store) but even as a "free" customer they were always very helpful. The team continue to be today with all sorts of questions or hiccups I have. I am glad I can now justify the upgrade as the new features are great. For instance I love the site badge showing 'x' verified reviews, I think that really builds trust. We tried a bunch of different review apps and this one out performs them all at a fraction of the cost. The support and features are expanding at a rapid rate while other apps remain stagnant. We reached out to support for a few custom issues and had it done within a few hours. Thanks Tommy!

We've been using Stamped.io for years now and it has always been brilliant for our business. Review collection is easy and smooth, and customers respond really well to it. The functions for displaying reviews are also excellent and have been perfectly tailored to our store. Most importantly, their customer service is second to none. Today, I needed some changes made to the review widgets and Sid was brilliant, he helped adjust everything perfectly, efficiently and also carefully explained the changes he had made so I knew what was happening on the back end. Very happy with Stamped. We have over 20000 reviews, all through Stamped. Nothing is too difficult when you contact support and customisations are very simple. Highly recommend.
