We absolutely love Stamped for our reviews platform. The ability to add photos and customizing is what makes it powerful for any store.
I use this App for my reviews and have been with them for years. I wouldn't think of switching as they are so responsive as a team - the support is just fantastic. You feel like you are dealing with real people - actually - friends you haven't met. The App is the very best at what it does - and the team that's behind it - would give 6 stars if I could. Fabulous experience for all these years. Thanks guys!

Judy with Samped.io couldn't be better to deal with. We needed special assistance to resolve an issue related to old reviews displaying for new products. She was knowledgeable, professional and responsive, and most of all patient while we worked through the challenges and found a resolution. Very easy to set up and customize. Also makes it easy for customers to review directly in their emails.
I had rated them a 1 star because they have no chat and it took forever to get a reply to an issue. The second issue is that they point to the documentation which is terrible. Example: I wanted to upgrade and get video reviews ability. You go to the app and search for video and nothing comes up. Their answer was upgrade and then you will see what you need... Anyway, they did get back to me and answered all my questions. I did upgrade. I wanted to move the Q&A out of the reviews section because people looking for answers would not think to look in the reviews for it. They custom moved it for me in the same day! It seems that they are quite competent and responsive. They just need to either implement a chat or improve the documentation. Their email turnaround time did improve dramatically. In the end, on a live site what maters is effectiveness and they delivered! worst customer experience ever! They have no chat. For a live store when something goes wrong, you want answers fast. At best, it takes 24-48 hours for a response and most of the time it takes going back and forth many times before anything is resolved which translates into a week to resolve any issue. They are located in Asia so there is always a day lag time. If you post 3 questions or have 3 issues, they usually answer only one forcing you to constantly repeat yourself. Forget if you have a complicated problem that you need to chat with someone or call.. I have stayed with them because they will do their best to find a solution for you when other apps simply provide terrible service

After looking at our records, we received 2 different tickets from your account, and for both tickets, one was replied within 13 minutes and the other ticket was replied within 20 minutes. We also have a really strict policy of replying to any ticket within 12 hours, and this hasn't changed in the last 2 years.
