I've been using the free version of this app for the best part of a month and can really see the value in my stor - So much so that I've upgraded to the Basic plan. The support team is also very responsive and attentive to any queries/requests.

The customer service was super quick and helped us get the information we wanted super fast. Would recommend.
I really love this app for it's user interface, ease of use, and takes a lot of time away with its automation (sending of emails to collect reviews and rewarding with coupon codes).
