Tommy and Rachelle have provided excellent service and prompt responses. I would highly recommend this app purely because of the customer-centered team behind the app. With every app there are always going to be small integration issues, but when there's a great reliable team, it really makes the biggest difference. Keep it up!
Our reviews have increased dramatically since using this addon. Easy to setup, been using the free version and will be upgrading soon.

This is such a great app! Lots of options, the ability to import reviews from AliExpress and other places, and to tweak them is fantastic.
I recently switched themes and the badges weren't showing up on the new one. I contacted support and in less than 24h they had fixed it for me, I didn't move a finger. Their support staff is off the charts. I had to come say thanks with a review.

A must have! We use it to collect email reviews for orders of olive oil and matcha, and its been working flawlessly so far!

Stamped.IO was super easy to set up get live on our site.
Few things to note: their customer service team is super helpful, but really only available via email. They are super responsive and were very hands on in getting our first ever review platform live. We were able to import previous orders via Shopify (which they helped with) to jumpstart the reviews on products.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because you have to sometimes save things multiple times before they are live on the front end of your site. It's only been a few weeks, but for the price I would highly recommend!

Regarding the frontend changes to the display widget layout, it does take a couple of seconds (usually less than 1-2 minutes) to sync into Shopify's database before showing the updated settings.

This app has been integral in getting publicity of our great reviews above and beyond the Shopify Product Reviews app. Plus their customer service is top-notch, especially Rachelle. Will be using this app for a long time!
