Good app to collect reviews from customers and respond to them. The Support-Team is also very responsive.

Been using them for a while now. No complaints on the user interface or customer service side. Pretty happy with both.
The customer service is very friendly and responds fast and proactively. The platform is user-friendly and it looks good. It is easy to use. The only hitch is that I wish Stamped.io would be one of the licensed apps by Google to syndicate both product and seller ratings.

These guys are awesome. I just made the switch from Yotpo because unless you're willing to pay >$500 you don't really get any features. I'm on the premium plan with this addon and the support has been really great. My site became far superior to what I could have done with other review platforms in just a few minutes.
