I have started using this app on my store. I had some issues and special requests with the setup. I contacted support and they helped me almost immediately and continued to help until everything was complete. Incredible support. Everything is set up and working, now I just need reviews :) Thank you. Highly Recommend.

We started using Stamped recently, and have found it very easy to use. There have been a couple of hiccups with syncing and design layout, but the customer support team at Stamped has been phenomenal at helping us work through these issues.

I decided to replace the free Shopify Product Reviews app with the Stamped.io version to achieve more flexibility and control over this aspect of my store. I did need some assistance but Martin from Support was extremely helpful - thumbs up you guys do an awesome job. Great app!

Very bad app. Half of the time it does not work. Support chats with you after like 24 hours. Just install something else

The best customer service ever. In literally 1 hour they installed a reviews widget to a completely custom place for a completely custom theme, downloaded from Envato Elements. Love the app, love everything about it.

I downloaded the app 2 weeks ago and it has been the most painful and excruciating experience to date with building our Shopify store. It was impossible to import reviews without their manual help. I am unable to customize anything. Choosing a specific layout for the reviews gives us product pages with different review layouts (some are in columns, some masonary) making our product page look messy and unprofessional. Cannot change font colors, style etc. It's been over a week I have been asking for help and following up and my concerns have still not been addressed. I get vague responses that they will look into it and then crickets. Looking for another app now.
