Good customer service. Quick and prompt response. It was not easy to set up at the beginning though, but once it set, the app run smoothly which is what we want.

I'm paying $300/month for their service and they don't offer any phone or video call support. Very frustrating especially considering other review platforms I have used in the past have much more comprehensive support than email.

This is a very powerful app. We're using the Premium version, previously we were using Mailchimp to auto send review requests.

This is way more effective at pulling reviews in as it allows customers to review in-email, rather than via your website.

The self-hosted thank you page creates a totally seamless customer experience as well.

Incentivising reviews is super easy via bulk-created codes using Shopify's free app.

The use of a customer's previous order data is very impressive, giving the customer a very personal contact, without us having to do anything.

Best of all though, Stamped's customer service and support is exceptional. This is quite a complicated and daunting app on first install, but their support makes it very easy to set up and get going.

Top Marks - I wish all apps and plugins were this good!!

Great customer service! The customer service was very helpfull with migrating us from Woocommerce to Shopify and even set the app up.

BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. I am a novice at coding/website developing and I needed some help installing and modifying Stamped on my shopify shop. These guys were SUPER responsive and helped me out in a pinch. I'm so glad I picked Stamped! Also, they review customization is outstanding. Everything looks great on my site. I would definitely recommend Stamped to any of my CEO friends.

The app does what we wanted but more importantly the support was there when needed. I had a few questions that were answered and the also fixed a few issues we had. For us not having to spend ages sorting out issues is important and this is where good support plays its part. many thanks
