Top notch customer service and product!
They were quick to respond (less than 8hrs.) and help me solve an issue I was having. The issue was not a problem with the software, but rather a customization I wanted.
Amazed at the support and quality of the plugin thus far. Displaying the product reviews and custom widgets is unique to this app. Nothing else comes close.
Check out how I've displayed a side-menu so that customers can have instant access to see my sites reputation. I have also created a review page so that they can go further in depth as reassurance of the product they are thinking about purchasing.

I use this app on my site. It's easy to set up and engage customers. Once you set it up it automatically sends out a message for reviews. I like that I can customize the color and layout of the main widget. The customer support has been 10/10 so far.
Excellent app and the support is great. Wanted to get my stars showing on my main page, Ivan from tech support responded with lightning speed and instead of telling me how to do it just did the work himself, class act sir. Then Tommy the CEO emailed a follow up personally.

Really great and fast support. Emailed support for help and they fixed within a couple hours. Nice email interface for customers to use. Works great and we love seeing the reviews flow in from customers :)
