Stamped.io Reseñas y UGC

I got the free version of the app. Love the idea. Its just very slow at saving changes to settings or doesn't save them at all. So I am sat there pressing save and then give up. Maybe its because of the free version-but not sure.

I've just started transitioning to Stamped.io for reviews. While there is no easy integration with my current platform, support has been very prompt and helpful with answering my questions and offering assistance. I'm not ready to give a full 5 Stars yet as the app hasn't been live on my site long enough to judge, but so far so good and I'll update this review when I've had time to use all the functionality properly.

Easy to install and use. So far very satisfied with the app! Even for the basic features, it has a lot to offer.

So far so good. The customer service on setup has been very responsive and very helpful. Great company.

This is not a simple tool to retrieve customer returns! Stamped is really a complete solution for retrieving reviews, re-launching your customers, keeping the link... and even calculating your NPS! The team is at the top and responds quickly. Quark advises you the solution :)

This is a very good app. The support team is very helpful and always willing to help you find the ideal setup.

Although there were some communication issues and different consultants attending to the same issue, we eventually still managed to resolve the issue.

All good for now. Small issues on setup but quick responses from support and fix them. I still need to test all the many features it have, but it seems OK for now.

It has been surprisingly easy to set up and customise. We are glad that we chose this app over some of the others.
