Customer service is really helpful & very fast in making changes that we need. Recommended as CS is 1 of the most important factor when using an app!

Can't be happier with the customer service! I had Tommy Ong help me and this man legit customized this to even the smallest request I'd ask him. He always replied in under 5 minutes and seriously has outdone himself!! I have never received better customer service than this. This 5 star rating is solely based on how outstanding the service was!!

The app is easy to use and the customer support is very efficient.
I raise several issues to them and all of them get solved within half a day. I would recommend this app since their prompt support can make your work go smoother

Wow, the app just keeps getting better and better, with new features and updates, but the service also cannot be beaten. I had a non-priority issue that was addressed and fixed within 6 minutes today! Love the app, love what it's doing for our SEO rankings, SO worth the money especially compared to other similar solutions, and love the service. Great company and great solution for user-generated content and customer reviews.

Best reviews app by far, pricing is fair and you get a lot of reviews. It's also really easy to use. Edit: After upgrading my plan to use some of the more advanced features it's been impossible to add them, customer service don't reply Edit: Customer service contacted me and helped me with the installation of all required features
