Superb customer service! Highly recommend. There has been multiple times where I was stuck and they have responded to my emails quite quickly
I have been looking for an app that wasn't bulky or that wasn't required to be placed somewhere I didn't want it. It's very self explanatory, and installs automatically. No need to mess with liquid/code. This works perfectly! Exactly what I was scouring the app store for! Totally loving it so far!

Quick and helpful support. I needed to implement Ukrainian language and they helped me to do so for my online shop

Love this app. Sends emails out to customers automatically and works itself. I don't even have to think to do anything and I get an email every time we get a new review so we can share it on our social media pages or write back to customer if they're not happy.
I decided to use this app due to lots of recommendations and honestly It has been the best decision ever! Their customer support is always attentive 24/7 (Which is great because I usually love to work at night when everyone should be sleeping) and is very quick to answer and solve anything. I recommend 10/10
Love it simple and powerfull. The free plan is effective and you can do some pretty easily. I would 100 recommend it

so far so good i took a plan that was the same price as the yotpo plan but i now get 500 orders instead of 50 with yotpo. it was a no brainer to switch. easy so far to switch code havent had to ask for any help as yet. i get all the same addons as i did before for the plan i am on. if i use customer support i will let you know how i feel in thier service. Happy so far. good value for my money
