I could give 5 stars but give 4. I love it but it need improving on the reminders is very limited. Otherwise are awesome.

Stamped.io does have an email sequence feature, which allows for up to 3 reminder emails to be set up for each review requests sent out by the app: https://help.stamped.io/article/74-reviews-how-to-email-sequence-feature

Can´t recommend these guys enough. Just finished migrating all my reviews from another service provider (one of the so called Big Ones) and am so happy I chose Stamped. Fantastic app that´s on the rise with stellar customer support. If you are on the fence, take the plunge. They will deliver!
I don't often leave reviews however I feel like I have to given the negative experience I have had with stamped. The customer service team stuffed up the migration of my account from a different platform and continue to deny any wrong doing- customers have been sent review emails from 2017 and with different settings that what I have customised. They quickly tried to hide the mistake however I have proof of the wrong emails from customers directly. It would have been much more professional to address the mistake so that a plan could be made going forward. As a business owener, I don't appreciate covering up errors being sent to my customers.
I really like how neat the reviews look on my website and how simple it is to add your brand colours too. I had some minor issues after installing the app to my shopify store and the customer team was very helpful. The issues were resolved within a few hours. On a Public Holiday. I'm very impressed! Thank you very much
Fantastic level of support. They implemented some code for me in less than 10 minutes, doesn't get much better than that! Look forward to growing with these guys.

Super easy to implement! Quick to see results and track progress. I love that you're able to back track and get reviews from people that have purchased in the last 100 or so days!

Missed opportunities.
We've been using Judge.me on our other sites & decided to try try this app based on the good reviews. Unfortunantley, the app did not deliver for us. For whatever reason, some emails were not sent to the customers- even the ones in the queue.
I'm sure customer service would have helped us (they responded quickly on a different question during set-up) but we didn't bother contacting them this time around because we got turned off by having a basic function not work on the onset.
Thank you for the free trial, & more power to the developers, but for now we're shifting back to Judge.me. Cheers!

We checked your account and found that the emails were not added to the review requests queue as the orders are not updated as "Fulfilled" on Shopify.
Unlike other apps, Stamped.io would only be sending the customers a review requests email upon order fulfillment, this ensures that customers aren't receiving the review request emails earlier than they would be.
If you're keen on giving Stamped.io another go, our support team is always here to help you set this up properly and guide you through the settings.
