I'm appending my original review: This app continues to nail it! Just upgraded again and now the reviews are loading lightning fast on the page! It has given people the ability to ask a question right on the product page as well. Super feature. My reason for upgrading this time was to get the Google Shopping integration...but I got so much more with the Widget 2.0 features! Great app that allows people to leave the feedback they want and helps new visitors make good decisions. Thank you for all your help Tommy! This app has been an awesome add-on to our site. I love being able to schedule the post-purchase emails. After a few months, we upgraded to a different platform and now reviews are automatically posted to Facebook and customers can add a video to their review if they'd like! Great app.
Very easy to set up and customize. Also makes it easy for customers to review directly in their emails.
What I like about this app is that the customer service reps are quick to fix whenever I am faced with new challenges with regards to how the reviews are going to show up on our shop's site. It was worth it to have upgraded to Business Plan. I think it's has been over a year that I use this app.
Outstanding product and their customer support is amazing! I had a query, they logged in to my site and sorted it really quickly. This app has helped us earn lots of reviews over the last few months, reviews which certainly turn into more sales. Thanks guys! Adam
I had rated them a 1 star because they have no chat and it took forever to get a reply to an issue. The second issue is that they point to the documentation which is terrible. Example: I wanted to upgrade and get video reviews ability. You go to the app and search for video and nothing comes up. Their answer was upgrade and then you will see what you need... Anyway, they did get back to me and answered all my questions. I did upgrade. I wanted to move the Q&A out of the reviews section because people looking for answers would not think to look in the reviews for it. They custom moved it for me in the same day! It seems that they are quite competent and responsive. They just need to either implement a chat or improve the documentation. Their email turnaround time did improve dramatically. In the end, on a live site what maters is effectiveness and they delivered! worst customer experience ever! They have no chat. For a live store when something goes wrong, you want answers fast. At best, it takes 24-48 hours for a response and most of the time it takes going back and forth many times before anything is resolved which translates into a week to resolve any issue. They are located in Asia so there is always a day lag time. If you post 3 questions or have 3 issues, they usually answer only one forcing you to constantly repeat yourself. Forget if you have a complicated problem that you need to chat with someone or call.. I have stayed with them because they will do their best to find a solution for you when other apps simply provide terrible service

After looking at our records, we received 2 different tickets from your account, and for both tickets, one was replied within 13 minutes and the other ticket was replied within 20 minutes. We also have a really strict policy of replying to any ticket within 12 hours, and this hasn't changed in the last 2 years.
We aren't quite sure if you're referring to our app, our support has attempted to reach out to you over a phone call but it got redirected to a voicemail.

Allowing customers to upload photos of their setups in their reviews has been a game-changer. The app plays nice with our theme and when there was a minor tweak needed for our theme, the team at Stamped.io modified the css for us. It's wasn't a major issue at all, but Shopify calls products without variants "default title" and this was showing in the product name for the reviewed items. They updated the CSS for us very promptly. This review app is worth the price and it really does a good job of contacting customers and soliciting reviews. We saw a HUGE boost in the number of reviews posted once we deployed this app.
Customer support is just amazing! Thank you Rachel and Team for installing and setting up the review widgets. I love how tidy it looks on our website and all the features that comes with this App.
As of this week, We're already seeing an increase of conversion since this dandy App has been set up. Couldn't get better than this!

Love this app and the support is amazing. I had no idea how to add the code to my store so I messaged support and Ivan had it sorted in no time at all. Looks great and works a treat. I love that it gives my store more credibility.
