We've been using Stamped for over 2 years and are very happy with the product and their service, they are fast to respond and try to accommodate any special requirements, so great people to work with. There has been no issues with the app and it offers exactly what we need in the very important field of customer reviews. Would definitely recommend it.
It is really great for building trust with customers. The dynamic vs static coupons were a little confusing but it is a great tool! I had some issues with emails getting through but tech support was via email and they got back to me within a day. Tech support is really good compared to other apps.
The app works well. Great to have an easy solution for my loyal customers to leave reviews and easy to share on social media
If I could give a 10 star review I would! Needed help installing the snippets to take advantage of the new features and after I asked; my requests were taken care of immediately and very easily. PLUS the app does very cool things- my fav is the facebook review integration on our business facebook page- very sharp! def recommend for any store that wants to showcase good reviews and foster customer interaction.

I used this app to get better at collecting reviews. I collected some, but I realised I hadn't configured the deliverability of my review emails. So I contacted support and they sorted it for me immediately. On the same day, they also helped me set up my rich snippets so Google can show my review ratings in search results! Great app, even better customer service.
Very pleased with this app! Like most etailers, reviews are a lifeblood for my business. I had thousands of reviews and when I was switching to Shopify I was panicked about moving them. The team here jumped right in and helped me get sorted out. Plus, the image upload is a GREAT feature. Plus, loving this connects to a Shopify App. Thanks for being there for us!
UPDATE TO REVIEW
Was having a problem with product pages loading properly and theme developer told me it was Shopry. I contacted Shopry and within TWO MINUTES, yes, TWO MINUTES, Tommy jumped on it and fixed it. That easy! And no, it was NOT the app, just one of those blips that happen. Point is, Tommy saved my day. I was a mess over this and he had it fixed in MINUTES. Who does that? Tommy does! Cannot rave enough about this customer service.
Yet another update! 2018
Just when I think their customer service couldn't get any better...the team at Stamped.io outdoes themselves. I had a rather complicated request and no one batted an eye...they just DID WHAT I WANTED??? How crazy is that? I expressed a desire and they said, "No problem" and got it done.
