We switched over to Stamped from Yotpo for cost savings and it's been seamless so far! Arjun has been very helpful on multiple occasions.
Application working as expected. The switch from our previous app was fast and smooth. The support team is very reactive and helpful.

Stamped has been an amazing addition to our Shopify store. The app is easy to use, feature-rich, and integrates seamlessly with our theme. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible support. Really great! Makes it possible to stand out from the usual review applications. It's also great to be able to highlight the benefits of our products with gauges noted in the reviews. My only complaint is that the application takes a long time to load.
Lots of features for what you pay. More than any other platform that we researched.
Elvis and Bryan from their support team are awesome, responsive and always happy to assist.
The app itself is buggy at times, often need to hard refresh or log out and back in to get some page views to show data.
We use Chrome and Edge.
Absolutely love and recommend the app. I was having issues figuring out how to display product reviews under each product and on collection pages however, Eslam, my representative assisted me in getting everything resolved as soon as possible. I love using the app and having such great support staff.
Great app, been using for a couple of years, recently - a very helpful migration of all my stamped reviews from magento to shopify taken care of by stamped support.
I was having some issues with importing our old reviews and reached out to support. Eslam from their team was amazing. He was incredibly quick to respond and point out errors I had made in the my spreadsheet. When I still couldn't make it work on my side, he went ahead and did the import which was so appreciated. There are so many moving parts on websites that it's really helpful when a support team can solve an issue. Excited to continue to use their service now to collect reviews.

They used to offer a good service although the app works fine the support is non existent now, very disappointing when you are a long term customer and you can't even get support still waiting over 4 and half days for a response. Time to look for another app I think. Update 19th March 2026 their support is still rubbish
