Great addon, makes the basic reviews app much more manageable
It's the best review app out there in my opinion, plus the technical support is second-to-none.
Not sure how I can put into words how well this app has worked for us. It’s allowed us to email customers automatically after 3 weeks of purchase to offer them discount on next purchase when they leave a review. The reviews coming in have made sales increase to new customers, and also made the existing ones feel rewarded for their loyalty. The app was easy to install and i customised the colours to suit our site... and emails too. I have now got a good collection of reviews so I have created a dedicated reviews page on the site too which automatically showcases our items. I have probably only scratched the surface of the app’s capability and haven’t used all social features yet. All I know is that our conversion rate on the site is now at 13% and a month ago we were at 9%. I would also like to thank Kaushik at stamped for delivering some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. He went out of his way to help me with an issue coding the colours of the reviews when I embedded them into a 3rd party search app... who had left me to my own devises.
They have a solid support team and the app has a lot of features. Stamped is a great choice for integrating reviews into your store.

We love how we can customize how the reviews look. The reviews are generating customer's trust, that is for sure. Customer service was beyond expectations! Replied to my emails within a day, problems (like old pictures used for icon of reviews) solved immediately..
Great customer service! Stamped's help desk responded quickly and solved the issue had with delayed syncing of the review management to our product details page within a couple of hours.
I used this app to add the option of leaving reviews on my page and it was a quick and simple process !
