Works smoothly. Still have a lot to learn about the advanced features. Noticing reviews trickle in. And it is helping automate a process that is vital and otherwise distracting - reminding customers for reviews.

Switched from yotpo and I am really happy, all my reviews were easily imported. This review app is much more budget friendly for me and the support has been wonderful. So glad I made the switch when I did, wish I would have sooner and saved myself even more $$$. Great app!
