Not only is the app wonderful, and provide customers a venue to leave feedback on products for others to review but the support is AMAZING as well. They always respond very quickly and help out with any questions or implementations we may need help with.

STOP READING THIS NOW and Install this app. Look no further and don't waste any more time. Hands down this is the best app on shopify. We have gone through many review apps and paid a lot for them. The features that you need are here and the support you always wished for is here.
Tommy's response speed is amazing.
Another feature that hasn't been mentioned is the ability to import previous orders and request reviews. This is great for store that is just starting and want to catch up on previous orders. Also a nice feature if your old review app was horrible and now you want to get those reviews.

I only installed the App a few days ago but the customer support has been excellent so far. Love that you can add star badges to the products and a review carousel on the home page.
