This review app has been helpful for our store so far. We're generating regular reviews with it. Unfortunately, it's quite locked down for the free version, and you only get a few email review requests before you "hit your free limit." We just upgraded to a paid version soon to unlock customer photos, a higher review number threshold, etc. Overall, would recommend. Not "Amazed", but it's good and we're happy.
they have great customer service! i emailed them and within 20 minutes they had emailed me back. super fast reply and very helpful!

I love it, it works really well. My only gripe is the free version cuts off after 50(?) orders. I am a tiny store and I only get about 2-4 reviews per month. It took me about a year to get to the 50 orders in a week (over Christmas) but I just can't warrant paying even the lowest plan for only 2-4 reviews a month. I wish I could pay a lower price that reflected how many reviews I actually get... I will watch out for lower priced plans in the future :)

Stamped actually sets the monthly limit according to the number of orders in which review request emails are sent out, and this limit is at 50 orders for the free plan.
Once your limit is reached for the month, review emails will pause sending and accumulate in the queue. The review emails will resume sending:
1. On a new month when the limit is reset at the start of each month
2. When there's a greater order limit due to an upgrade
Reaching the monthly limit will not affect any other functionalities for the app, including the display of reviews via our list of widgets in your store.

This app has so much to offer. I do plan to dig deeper in the near future as I have only used the basic freebie plan to date. However, it has definitely helped lavaloka score some good reviews. And their customer service is always responsive.
I have had this app for about 3 months now and it has served every purpose for what I have needed. One of the best apps I have on my website and it is super easy to use.
Installation was fairly simple. I ran into a small snag and they helped me out pronto. So far a great experience.

These guys are awesome! We were using Yotpo but switched over. Very happy with that decision! Tommy is super helpful and very responsive.

Easy to se app and simple to install. Great for anyone starting a new Shopify store. A couple features were missing from the free plan that would have made it amazing to have but overall really happy. Looking forward to have integrations capabilities when I upgrade my plan.
