I've been using this APP for about 9 months and it's terrific. It is easy to use, easy to customize and it works well with Shopify's product reviews APP. Their customer service is terrific as well. After trying several services for collecting reviews over the years, this one is the best!

Free version didn't get us anywhere but have upgraded to basic and we are starting to make some good progress.

I was originally planning on upgrading to the premium version of Yotpo until I found out how much they were charging, so I looked for alternatives.

Product Reviews Addon is much cheaper than Yotpo and has more features. Would definitely recommend (except if you're one of our competitors ha)
