great experience. These guys are very helpful to help me get started through a call, I hope they stay this way.

I've used your app for years ignoring some glitches, some delays coz i just needed an app to collect reviews and show them. I would have paid for a plan if your prices didn't increase so steeply after 50 reviews collected. $23 for the next tier is not worth it for all the glitches and bugs. Someone submitted a review on 24 Jan and till 26 Jan it wasn't showing on my website. Why then would I opt to upgrade to such a high amt of money? Its gone from good to worse and it doesn't make sense to continue or upgrade.

Powerful app that helps me engage my customers through reviews. It's very simple to use with useful tools, such as, sending a fully customized email review to my customers that they can interact with and review/post straight from the email. You may moderate reviews before posting or simply set them to auto post. This app also gives you the ability to have a dedicated reviews page for customers to browse. If you need any assistance with the app, their customer service is fast and efficient! Its a great app with tons of great features!

Great app, the support team is always very helpful and responds to my questions almost straight away. I have this app on both of my stores and would recommend this to anyone wanting a robust review app with a lot of add on features (according to your plan).

This is a fantastic app that offers functionality comparable to services that charge a tremendous amount more money! I know this personally, as I researched a number of potential services that could handle and leverage product reviews for our website. Many of these services wanted well over $10,000 per year, and some of those packages did not offer the level of functionality that the Product Reviews Addon app allows.

To put it simply, I am beyond impressed and pleased with the functionality and usability of this app! I am so happy that we found the Product Reviews Addon app!

Great support team. Wonderful App. Only thing I would like to change is having the ability to edit the language settings ourselves.
