Been using the app for a few days and setup was easy and fairly straightforward. I had a small bit of confusion that was promptly clarified by the Stamped.io teammate Amar S. Very knowledgeable and clear in communication. Can't wait to continue with the app!
Very good app with an even better customer support. On every mail I sent, I got a reply to within 2 hours.

Yotpo was way overpriced so I went with Stamped instead. It does the job and the founder Tommy seems like a really hard working guy and gives GREAT support.
He seems to always be upgrading and improving his product which is great.
Most importantly, everything I've used works, and it's a very complete software.
Some constructive criticism would be to improve the user interface, but this is probably easier said than done. They've recently improved the UI for the review request options koodos for them on that.
All their app improvements are logged and easily seen in the "updates" tab which is really convenient for me to see what new features I can experiment with.

Five star app, a must have for all shops.
I had some trouble with the initial setup and importing over existing reviews. Judy on the support staff was EXCELLENT and helped me work through the issues, identify what I was doing wrong and assisted in getting all our reviews displaying properly. Now we're hoping to see improved conversion rates with this must have feature. Thanks, Stamped.io!

I normally don't write reviews, but felt like I had to for this app! This was the only review app I could find that didn't embed their logo on my site. It is so easy to use and the support is phenomenal. I get responses very quickly. I've just started my business and their free version has so many helpful features for my business growth. I will definitely be sticking to this app and upgrading it on my business journey. Would definitely recommend!
