love this app, great support chat but only downside is it is not compatible with the variant app I am using. other than that love the look & feel + features of it.

I used this app to help customers to have confidence in my products. This values my shop. I love you can customize your email and the apparence of the reviews. The support is very kind, reactive and helpful !

The app design is good and all of the features are exactly what is needed to get reviews from your customers. It has lots of customization so you can change the email, what product recommendations you send to the customers, etc. The main issue is the app crashes a lot! 75% of the time there is an error when trying to open the app or trying to send the emails. I assumed it was jsut a temporary thing but after a few days of use it still errors out a ton of the time. Fix the crashing and this app is amazing!

Great product. Wish the pricing was a bit less though. I would only use 1 or 2 additional options and don't want to pay so much per month, but 100% would recommend otherwise.

Severely OVERCHARGED of over US $659 for two months for a plan I did not subscribe for. Still no response from support.

UPDATED
Team has refunded our overpayments after the compliant and bad review. We have changed our rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

I love this app! The stars look amazing under all our products on both individual product pages and on the collection pages. The support from Stamped.io has been excellent. The automated emails to our customers requesting a review is awesome - love how that's all customisable. And love how you can allow uploading of customer photos and videos if you want (or not) and much more. The settings are really great. Very happy with Stamped so far! Highly recommend.

Top notch customer service and product. Can't recommend Stamped enough. Very feature-rich reviews platform at a great price and has already helped my sales within 2 weeks of using it.
