Not only does the app work incredibly, but the customer support was very efficient and helpful. I couldn't get the right codes installed in my theme to show the reviews on the collections pages and home page, and I literally emailed them, and BOOM! Done. Highly recommend.

The apps has some glitches that require support to sync with their backend system every now and then, but their support is really top notch, always try their best to provide technical support whenever we have issues with the app. Pricing is quite steep though but overall it does what it’s designed for.

The software is clunky and inconsistent. When customizations and settings are updated in the stamped app it does not push to all products. Different products now have different layouts and colors & when review emails are sent sometimes they include the product image and sometimes an ugly little blue question mark that no one wants to see. I hope Shopify gets it together soon to bring this in-house.

I started with Loox=> You have to pay a fancy plan of 60$ to get a whitelisted domain, for exemple my google domainTherefor deal breaker,=> Yopto200 to get the photos featureAli review=> Lack of installation support, the app doesn't seem robust

I ran into a problem contacted support and got 2 answers in less than an hour!
amazing support

the reviews display looks neat, at par with loox and cheaper

very happy with the app

It is easy to use I love the fact that it came with a quick tutorial of how to set-up and navigate the page. My customers can easily send a review and it looks great on my website. I am very happy with using this app.

VERY DISAPPOINTING..
Customer purchases say 5 products & submit a review. Submitted review is shown only for 1 random product. Why can't it show to all purchased products..?
We have customers who purchase in bulk (50+ products) We convince them hard to submit review & that review is shown to only one product. Not acceptable.
Won't recommend to others.

Thank you for your feedback.

Stamped.io's review email has been structured to highlight one item if there are multiple in the order based on algorithms to determine the most likely product that the customer would submit a review on. This has proven to improve conversions for our users compared to requesting a review for every product within the order.

There are several features Stamped.io makes use of to collect reviews for other products in the order, mainly within the review email and through the thank you page customers are directed to after submitting an order.
