Just starting out with the app, so far its a great tool! It has so many features and integrations with Shopify and Klaviyo. The customer service is helping me setting things up.

I had a trouble with syncing after reviews import but the support was very helpful in fixing the issue.

The support team BROKE MY WEBSITE making changes without telling me overnight. I woke up the next day and Now my website is not working!! SUPPORT IS NOW WHERE TO BE FOUND.

I think the app feature is great, but customer service takes to long. Turnaround time on emails are almost an entire day. I upgraded my account to premium for the import feature and it did not work. I had to figure out on my own what the problem was and how to fix it because the help section was not useful at all.

I would recommend the app for any business owner, but the customer service should be improved.

A little confusing to work but overall a great app - a requires a bit of a learning curve. also overlaps with functions of several other apps i already have installed, so don't love that. But i would recommend overall!

This app is pretty amazing. I've had more reviews come in over the course of a day than I have in the past few months. Stamped as a company is highly responsive and had been quite helpful. Very impressed!

These guys will really really really do anything to get you up and running. I have written 50+ emails back and forth with them now (yes im not good with computers) and they answer really quick and take their time, to explain everything to me! I wrote them today (sunday!) and they replied within 10 minutes, with a fix to my issue!
That kind of customer service is so amazing!

Their app is fast, clean and has a lot of features (even more if you pay a little)
I would highly recommend everyone to use this app! You will not regret it!
