We installed the app yesterday and had a few teething issues. I emailed Stamped.io and within a couple of hours I received a reply from Alyssa. She had been in and fixed the problems straightaway. Not only did she help with the issues I had mentioned in my email but she also went beyond that and corrected a couple of other things. I emailed again with a few more questions, she replied and addressed those points too.

It is very early days as we're still in the trial period, but if the service is anything to go by then I'm very impressed.

Super easy to use and set up, it fits right into my Shopify store. Reasonably priced, flexible plan, customer service are all stars.

Excellent product for your average semi-technical user. Set-up was swift and easy. I was off to configuring and generating reviews within a couple hours.

So far seems to work really well. I have only had two reviews since I launched the app, but the dashboard and setup were pretty straightforward.

BEWARE of this app!!

It emails your customers product review requests and you can’t stop it! I have just had the second round of it emailing customers (who haven’t received their goods yet) to do a product review, despite it being turned it off,and me already escalating to their customer service to make sure it is off which they confirmed.
Both times I have realised only when I have started getting customers ‘Out of office’ replies into my own inbox. Unless you want to lose control over emails going to your customers, be very wary of this app!!!!!!

Hello Tahlo,

We do apologize for your frustration.

Stamped.io's review request functionality once disabled, will allow block future orders from syncing over from your Shopify store, however, the current orders in the queue will continue to be sent out unless archived.

We have now set an update to the settings whereby present orders in the queue will be automatically archived once the review requests are disabled.

We apologize again for your experience, and we hope that you'll give Stamped.io another chance in the future.
