I've been using this app for a few months now and it has been great. I'd highly recommend it as it is easy to setup, easy to use and has helped our business grow. We have a long way to go as a company, but the review process without a doubt has contributed to our growth and will continue to do so.
I use this App for my reviews and have been with them for years. I wouldn't think of switching as they are so responsive as a team - the support is just fantastic. You feel like you are dealing with real people - actually - friends you haven't met. The App is the very best at what it does - and the team that's behind it - would give 6 stars if I could. I've been using this Stamped.io reviews app for some time now and it's really easy to use and has great impact for potential customers browsing on my store. There are a few minor improvements I'd like to see (mainly around the visual appearance of some of the widgets), but they're workable as they are. But what I find most great is the customer support - really responsive team, emails answered within 1-2 hours at most and always willing to help to resolve any questions you have. Particular thanks to Christopher S for helping a technophobe like me make sense of things! Highly recommend! :)
Stamped.io has been amazing with lighting fast customer service at a super low price! I was previously using Yotpo and the comparison with customer service and price is like night and day.
