Stamped.io Avis et UGC

We were looking for a reasonably-priced reviews app with a nice look, easy implementation, automated email follow-ups to customers, and good support. Stamped fits all of those criteria and we're very happy with it!

Every so often you find an app that actually does what you want reliably and then goes beyond that to give you features you hadnt even thought of using.
This product reviews add on falls into that awesome category.
Ive been using it for 4+ years now and we have over 7000 reviews as a result. These get fed into Google listing as well giving us great social proof.

Ive found the company excellent to deal with. Very courteous, professional and genuinally helpful. (Rare for many apps)

I WISH they would create their version of the 20 other apps we use as I know they would do a better job than most of the app companies are doing.

I highly recommend adding this app to your shopify store. Way better than the built in shopify reviews version.

Support response time and issue resolution are top notch. Tried to figure out where a specific setting is. Samantha was able to help me quickly. Got what I need and our store reviews now show exactly how we wanted them to look like.

We use this app to get customer reviews and display them on our product pages and home page. It also allows customers to message us through the app. I am still currently learning the app, but the customer service team have been great in helping me with all my questions.

Works well and is easy to use. Integrates with Zapier. One complaint is that they're not on the approved review websites for Google Shopping so you have to do some manual setup.

Really great app that helps us improve our conversion rates and organic traffic. Really great after sales service too!

Simply the best !
Better than all the other review apps out there! I've tested out a lot of the other review apps (loox, judge.me etc) & the Stamped.io is definitely the best, It's much easier to customise & much easier to implement than the other apps. The others can be very fiddly & time consuming but Stamped.io is far easier. Saves you a lot of wasted time.

Paid for the premium and got amazing support in setting it up and saw an increase in sales within a few days! Highly recommended!

I gave 5 stars as there is nothing that I can fault the app on technically. Inspiring trust in current and future customers is tremendously important to garnering a decent following and return customers.

The fact is that our products were getting rave reviews across the board, and it is so easy to just fake testimonials to the point that i don't even read them. Amazon has brought the star rating and comments system into the public consciousness and I use it when researching a product or service.

Stamped has added options like checkout reviews in the upgraded subscription, and that helps us engage with the customer at the most important part of their decision making process.
