been accumulating and showing reviews on my website for over a year and now they from one day to another prevent ALL OF MY REVIEWS from showing on my site because they want me to upgrade from nothing to a $23 a month plan. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! And just when I finally am paying for marketing all my reviews vanished! I am not going to write what i really think of you!
This app has become incredibly frustrating to use. The backend is confusing, sections often fail to load properly, and settings randomly undo themselves. We've had constant issues with saved preferences changing on their own. The custom social integration is especially poor and difficult to work with. For an app we’ve been paying for on the business plan for years, the performance is far from acceptable. It's slow, unreliable, and simply not up to standard.

We're also working on several perfomance enhancements to our application to prepare for the busy BFCM period that's upcoming.
We appreciate you being a long-time customer on our business plan and will continue improving the app to make it as reliable and easy to use as possible.
DO NOT USE - Slow customer service, buggy app, never actually showed up in google shopping reviews. it's all a terrible experience. I'd try Judge.me or another better platform instead.
They changed their free plan after collecting reviews for over 4 years so that you can no longer show the reviews without going to at least the $19/month plan. They now have my reviews hijacked. I don't have enough reviews and sales volume on Shopify to justify the $19/month plan since most of my sales and reviewsw are on eBay, which means I'll just redirect the buyers to my eBay reviews instead.
Very disappointing support.
Stamped's system allows you to upload the review file yourself; however, it only allows up to 5,000 reviews per upload. We contacted support to see if they had the same limits, and we were asked to provide our review file.
After we sent the file, they never replied. A different person contacted us days later and requested the same information. We then find out that they did upload the file, but more than half errored, and they said nothing further. We're going to delete what they uploaded, and try this again with small uploads.
Rubbish. Why can't I export all reviews without having to contact support and why don't reviews auto sync to shopify metafields "conatct support to do this" ridiculous

Worst customer support ever, been using this app for awhile it wasn’t a perfect app but already have many customers in my data log before have an issue with the app Elvis used to support me well and that the reason why I’m still using this app ( paid for monthly not free ) last week my customer purchased and never get point contact them for help but taking me a week until now hasn’t been fix been ignore from the guys name Eslam text me gonna update me asap but again never heard anything back from him hopefully he is ok.
We were convinced to resubscribe a month ago by promises of a "new era" under a new CEO and significant company changes. Unfortunately, our experience has been a complete failure. The app is non-functional for us: in an entire month, not a single review request email has been successfully sent to any of our customers. Compounding this critical failure is the support, which has been severely lacking. Their only "solution" has been to repeatedly ask us to uninstall and reinstall the app, and we now go weeks without any response. Our urgent emails to tech support, our sales rep, and even the CEO have been met with silence. Stamped does not work, and the support team seems utterly uninvested in finding a solution.
I am updating my review to the lowest possible rating. I have been seeking help for the same issue for two months, yet I have seen no meaningful resolution—only repeated requests for more information. The assigned support representative, Arjun, has been unhelpful, lacks communication skills, and shows no real willingness to assist.
Additionally, we will be switching platforms as Stamped has effectively stopped providing us with services, claiming we exceeded the order limit for our plan. This is incorrect—our marketplace orders are somehow being counted towards our plan, even though we are not supposed to send review requests to marketplace customers.
Overall, I am downgrading my review from 5 stars to 0 if I could!"
