It is easy to install and to use, I say this because I have zero knowledge when it comes to dealing HTML. They make it very easy. I have had my store for a couple of years and I have had no problems at all. Very happy with their service! And their response to any of my questions are so quick and to the point.

This is app is really invaluable. We had just been using the free version for some time but generate a large number of orders monthly. Finally just upgraded so we could generate lots of review content on our website and it has been wonderful to see the feedback. Positive or negative it helps us improve, follow up with people who need further assistance, and ultimately build trust with current and future customers. It has been a little trying figuring out some of the functionality but the support team has been prompt in following up and assisting with any and all requests and questions. Looking forward to seeing how this improves our metrics and relationship with customers. PLUS it's much more affordable than a lot of competitor apps and does much of the same things. My team has used this app for the last year and it has provided a great deal of value. The widgets are easy to install, set up, and manage, though I still needed to use some custom CSS to get the look just right. The customer follow-up emails with product recommendations are terrific, and I like that we're able to respond to reviews and have those responses appear on our website. Customer service is also top-notch. I get my questions answered almost immediately, and they're able so solve problems without any hassle whatsoever.
