Great app! The support team was very helpful and quick with every reply. My only complaint is there are no instructions at all. Its an automated app that will do everything itself if you want to wait 2 weeks to start getting reviews. A really useful app and have received a huge amount of customer feedback in a short space of time. Great app. I initially struggled to get the app working continuously, but contacted the support team and they were very helpful. Also imported my data from shopify reviews app too.

It's an easy to use app with a nice design. It has generally worked well for me. Only thing is the cost. If you have a lot of orders it gets expensive quick. If you choose not to send review requests to all your customers, they queue up and requests are sent when your billing cycle renews. The App is a very useful for collecting verified customer reviews. It has many useful features for growing your business. The 50 e-mail limit may be difficult for small businesses who cannot afford the monthly payment and want take advantage of the free plan until they grow.

We have just finished the setup process for Stamped.IO and while we initially had difficulty configuring the app on our own, we were delighted at the support teams timely responsiveness and help in making the app what we needed it to be. Great customer service, and once it's set up, the app works exactly as it's supposed to. I've removed one star because it is not at all easy to setup, and when we first upgraded to the more expensive and comprehensive version of the app, there wasn't even any explanation of how to access the user portal, so we literally could not figure out how to move forward.

Great app, works well with very little input from my end.
The only downfall is: customers using some email platforms cant submit the review directly from their email. Hopefully this issue will be addressed soon.

Good product. Works well, has a few things that can be improved but overall i am happy with the app.
