I'm moving from TrustPilot to Stamped. It's still early but so far the service and options available are way more directed at improving our reviews than with Trust Pilot it took a team of people to understand how to market the review process to the customer.
Super app, great support with fast assistance, Easy and fast to set up. Can definitely recommend this app.
Excellent app. Does what it says on the tin. Brilliant functionality, and the support is so good. Fast and attentive responses to all queries. Would highly recommend.

Great App, Awesome (and quick!) customer service! I love the multi-lingual support so I can set up the language depending on the province my customers live in (in Canada).
I am using the free version which works perfectly. I think i will be upgrading at some point to access some more advanced features. Great though.
incredible support, it has never taken longer than 24 hours to get a response. AND what's unique is that my request is already implemented before I get an answer, without all this back and forth bells and whistles. just crazy

Could not be happier and more pleased with the AMAZING service and customer support from the awesome Stamped.io team. Not only was onboarding super easy, they even assisted me with the setup and migration of reviews from another app for FREE. All in the less than a DAY! Highly recommended!
Have been using Stamped.io now for some time and whenever something came up, which happens rarely, the people from Stamped were very helpful and extremely quick in assisting to solve the issue. Keep up the good work!
