SO amazing to see the reviews POURING in, without my having had to lift much of a finger. We got 22 reviews in one day this week! And customers being able to do the review right IN the email and hit submit is a great UX. LOVE this app. Thanks so much!
Support is awesome, usually same day response which really makes a difference. Martin especially is on the ball and great to work with. Easy to follow installation of scripts or they can do it for you for a fee.
The platform is designed to navigate with ease and setting up customised emails, branding, styling etc is simple. NO coding required!

I use this app for reviews from my customers for products that they purchase as well as the service that they receive. Stamped.IO has given me great support for anything that I have asked related to their app and I highly recommend them. Their support team is excellent.
They have good quality in t-shirts.
This app came in place to assist with increasing the volume of reviews, but also with displaying them across our site. The automated email sent to customers allows us to effortlessly collect reviews, whilst also managing them appropriately, both with automated rules and manual moderation.
In terms of displaying the widget on site, the out of the box solution wasn't quite right for us, but the Stamped team helped us to create more of a bespoke widget that suits our site incredibly well.
The level of service from the Stamped team is impeccable, with quick response times, really strong knowledge and a real consideration for their customers. I would highly recommend Stamped!

We have three stores and we have installed the app on all three.
The installation is quick and simple. We needed some time to figure out, how things work, because we didn't find any instructions. But after that it was much easier to use the app on other two stores. The app is actually quite comprehensive and gives you a lot of different options.
Importing reviews from Shopify review app is also easy and quick, but it takes some time for imported reviews to be shown on the site.
We had also some issues with "Add photo button" and with some translations into our local language. But customer support is superior and extremely quick, also regarding all the translations.
We definitely recommend the app, it is great, it is working as it should be. Even for the smallest plan you get a lot from the app. But as with all apps, there is always some space for improvements.
Easy to use and set up. This is the first app I have used for reviews on my store and it looks like it may be the only one!!
