We have three stores and we have installed the app on all three.
The installation is quick and simple. We needed some time to figure out, how things work, because we didn't find any instructions. But after that it was much easier to use the app on other two stores. The app is actually quite comprehensive and gives you a lot of different options.
Importing reviews from Shopify review app is also easy and quick, but it takes some time for imported reviews to be shown on the site.
We had also some issues with "Add photo button" and with some translations into our local language. But customer support is superior and extremely quick, also regarding all the translations.
We definitely recommend the app, it is great, it is working as it should be. Even for the smallest plan you get a lot from the app. But as with all apps, there is always some space for improvements.
Easy to use and set up. This is the first app I have used for reviews on my store and it looks like it may be the only one!!
Great app with great support. Any issues are resolved very quickly. Loads of options available can suit any store.
Amazing App, it takes care of all reviewing process from customers: asking for reviews, moderating them, posting them on Facebook: everything! Excellent customer support so far too. Thank you

So far so good, we have a great uptake from our customers, the app does everything we want it to and is displayed nicely on page.
Responses from the support team have been fast informative and very helpful.
