Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

This app is so user friendly. Just in the first day of sending out emails I got several reviews back. I love the loyalty reward program app too!

Stamped provides a good service for a good price. Their customer service is what's really exceptional. I wish they did video reviews for the mid-tier price, as when you're just starting out video is really important but you're not making enough revenue to justify the higher tiers. One of my biggest issues is how slow their integration is, and how sometimes things don't update unless they clear their DB cache or you have another review submitted. Overall I'm quite pleased. Frankly, less because of the interface (a bit clunky and outdated, hard to customize) and more because of the incredible customer service. Top notch, instant response and VERY clear and helpful.

This is an excellent app. Customer service is on point and the quickest I have received with any app. This app plus Shopify Reviews is a winning combination and having tried the other leading review app (starts with a Y) I can honestly say that this combo puts the competition to shame and does so at half the price. So far so good. I've been able to integrate with my email marketing tool, Klaviyo, which has been a plus.

If you need a review and Q&A app, this is much cheaper than some of the alternatives. There was an updated widget that had not been released yet to the public, but they were willing to install it no problem. I needed some customization to how it was displayed on my site, and Tommy was able to get it to look exactly how I wanted it. Great service and great app.

Awesome app till now. Just like to request to provide atleast 100 Customers and Photo Review in Free version. Also the social Sharing of reviews on Facebook is not working properly. please fix that.

It works, but a little too much and hard to integrate with Shopify Reviews. Was hoping to simplify.

I have the free version of this app and it works beautifully. ready to upgrade in the next few months.
