Given in the competitive landscape, I think Stamped.io is able to offer values at a reasonable cost. The customer service team is great and very timely to respond to my inquiry.
This is the APP you must have. It works nicely with Shopify Reviews and with plenty of options for the FREE version but here is what sets a good app from a great app, the team behind. I've found a small bug on the app on weekend, reported and on same weekend in hours it was fixed, talk about efficiency! 100pts!

I've been using stamped.io for a few months now. I've been really impressed with the app and the customer service. I've sent two emails now asking for support and got a reply within the hour from the staff and the CEO!

Great help by support staff and a really easy to use interface. So glad I chose to work with Stamped.io for my customer reviews. I recently had an issue and they helped really quickly too,
Brilliant, super fast CS. They got back to me and helped me with the issues I had (nothing wrong with the app, rather us not knowing how to fix it).
Highly recommend them, their package with Reviews + UGC and Loyalty Program is brilliant.

I migrated themes and needed help to get this reinstalled on my new site. The customer service was prompt and got me going right away. I even asked for a minor tweak for the stars to show up near the title and the developer went in and made the adjustment within minutes. Thank you!
I started using this app a couple of years ago and am very satisfied with the app and their customer service.
Definitely recommend this app. 5 Stars all the way. No matter what issues you may have, just shoot them an e mail and they fix it within 24 hours.
