Great app. Works just fine. Reliable and fast customer service. Helped me to give social proof to my selling products
Easy to use, easy to set this app up in Shopify, offers pretty much everything we need at this moment.
My experience with Support has been zero. They reply with template responses. Forget trying to reach them on the phone. They charge premium prices and do not offer phone support.
The stamped review app is a fantastic way of automating the review process with some neat features as you upgrade. For us, it would be really great if there was a way we could set review reminders at different intervals for different products . As we have products that are consumed quickly and a follow up helps, but also others that require far longer.

No issue once its working on the web site, it just not very easy to understand how it all works or how to use it. It all a bit clunky and slow then can freeze, support is good.
Thanks for the reply to the review, but i think your missing what I'm meaning. In regards to you support set up it much improved since i last tried to use it, but it still needs a lot of work. Also you need to be able to save you own template on the Smart banners.

The service was awesome today, as usual with Stamped! Would highly, highly recommend this app - they are the best!!!
We use this app to get reviews on our website. The app is user friendly and the support team is quick in responding to queries and questions. All new features are usually only with upgrades, which is fair but there should be a trial period to test those features without immediately upgrading.
Overall pretty satisfied with the App.
Love this app...exactly what I was hoping and looking for. On top of that the customer service is outstanding if you do run into any issues. Can't recommend highly enough. A++++
